Government reviews open learning rules 3rd time in 3 years

A "holistic review" of the regulations for ODL will be undertaken by the UGC. Govt will also frame common regulations for open and distance learning and online courses. Nearly 115 institutions currently have UGC’s permission to offer ODL courses.
