India’s data centre industry to drive 9.1 million sq ft realty demand by 2025

This expansion is expected to drive a demand for 9.1 million sq ft of real estate space, requiring a total investment of $4.8 billion in both the data centre infrastructure and real estate of the data centre sector, showed a JLL India study.
