Air traffic in India jumps 36 pc in Jan-May 2023

In the month of May, 132.14 lakh passengers were carried by Indian domestic airlines. They registered an annual growth of 36.10 per cent and monthly growth of 15.24 per cent. The overall cancellation rate of scheduled domestic airlines for the month of May 2023 was just 0.44 per cent. It is to note that Go First stopped operations on May 3.
