Godrej Properties plans to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore through issue of securities

Godrej Properties' board has approved raising up to Rs 6,000 crore through the issuance of various securities. The firm achieved record sales bookings of Rs 22,527 crore in the last fiscal and targets Rs 27,000 crore. In Q1 of this fiscal, sales bookings surged nearly fourfold to Rs 8,637 crore.
