Luxury homes priced at Rs 4 crore and above saw a 53% increase in sales to 19,700 units across seven major cities in 2024, driven by robust end-user demand and growing interest from NRIs. Delhi-NCR led with 10,500 units, followed by significant sales in Mumbai and other cities.
