MHADA cuts premium charges on extra area for Mumbai’s cessed building residents

MHADA has reduced the rate for additional area allotment to 100% of the Ready Reckoner Rate, down from 110%, benefiting residents of old cessed buildings in Mumbai. This applies retrospectively to those declared eligible in the December 2023 lottery.
