Aircel-Maxis corruption case: Fresh summons issued to Malaysian telecom giant Maxis

A special court has summoned Maxis and Augustus Ralph Marshall. This relates to FIPB clearance for Aircel's takeover. The CBI requested the summons. It also wants Astro All Asia Network summoned. The CBI seeks time to serve the summons in Malaysia. Earlier charges against Dayanidhi Maran were dismissed. A charge sheet against P Chidambaram is pending.
