Bengaluru realty firms question need for Jakkur flying school NOC for projects

Credai Bengaluru is raising concerns over the municipal corporation's requirement for a no-objection certificate from the Government Flying Training School (GFTS) at Jakkur for project approvals. The association argues that GFTS's license has not been renewed since December 2023, and safety concerns make issuing a legitimate NOC impossible, leading to significant project delays.
