Bhilwara Energy signs pact to acquire 76 MW hydro project in Uttarakhand

LNJ Bhilwara Group, through its subsidiary Bhilwara Energy, has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Mandakini Jal Urja, the entity constructing a 76 MW hydro project in Uttarakhand. This acquisition, subject to customary conditions, will bolster the group's renewable energy portfolio and aligns with Statkraft's strategy to streamline its international operations.
