NCLAT rejects insolvency plea against Jumbo Finvest, upheld NCLT order

The Appellate Tribunal NCLAT has rejected Equitas Small Finance Bank's appeal. This appeal sought to initiate insolvency proceedings against Jumbo Finvest. The NCLAT upheld a prior order from the National Company Law Tribunal. The NCLT had previously dismissed the insolvency plea. It stated Jumbo Finvest is a Financial Service Provider.
