Gaurs group buys 35-acre land on the Yamuna Expressway for Rs 700 crore

NCR-based Gaurs Group has acquired about 35 acres of land on the Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport for around ₹700 crore through a private bank auction. The company plans to develop luxury residential projects on the land and expects to launch at least four projects in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad in the current financial year.
