Delhi CNG Refuelling New Rule: Delhi government will enforce mandatory hydro-testing of CNG vehicle cylinders every three years. Vehicles with expired or unavailable hydro-test certificates will not be allowed to refuel at CNG stations. The move follows the August 19 CNG cylinder explosion that killed three pump workers and injured three others.
